Mas de la Musardière

Located in Les Assions, in southern Ardèche (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes), Mas de la Musardière is a characterful cottage ideal for bringing together family or friends in an authentic rural setting in the south of France.

The property accommodates up to 15 guests across 8 bedrooms. This capacity makes it a great choice for large groups looking to share a roof without compromising on comfort or privacy. The communal spaces offer plenty of room for the group to gather, share meals, and enjoy the stay together, while still giving everyone their own personal space.

In terms of amenities, the mas features a private swimming pool — a real asset during Ardèche summers — as well as a barbecue area for outdoor dining. Inside, comfort is ensured by air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, all practical essentials for multi-day stays with a large group. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and a private parking area means guests can arrive by car without any hassle.

Les Assions is an Ardèche village on the doorstep of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, set within an area rich in natural landscapes and sites to explore. The region offers a wide range of activities: hiking, river swimming, canoeing and kayaking on the Ardèche, visits to hilltop villages, and exploration of caves and prehistoric sites. Local markets and regional producers also make it easy to stock up on locally sourced food. Several nearby towns and villages, such as Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and Ruoms, are just a few minutes away by car, offering shops, restaurants, and seasonal events.
