The property brings together two character cottages around a shared living space, capable of welcoming up to sixteen people without anyone getting in each other's way. Eight bedrooms are spread across the two buildings, giving each family or group of friends their own private retreat come evening, while sharing the pleasure of being together the rest of the time. The pool quickly becomes the beating heart of the days: everyone gathers there after an excursion to Penne-d'Agenais or Lauzerte, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, just twenty minutes away.

Evenings naturally organize themselves around the barbecue in the cooling air, while the more motivated plan the next day by the fireside. The Wi-Fi connection is there for those who can't fully switch off, but it's soon forgotten when the table comes alive. On the practical side, a dishwasher and washing machine prevent end-of-stay tensions, and the games available on-site regularly reignite competitions everyone thought had been buried since childhood.

What the sixteen guests will carry home in their suitcases doesn't take up much room: the smell of burning wood in the fireplace on an unexpected stormy evening, the taste of a tomato picked at the Montaigu market, the memory of an aperitif that stretched well into the night, stubbornly refusing to end.
