Amazing location on a old instrument factory surrounded by streams. Swimming, sunbathing... It's a island of dreams. So relaxing!!
The place is nice and unique, but the hygiene isn't great. Dirty, dusty, and full of cobwebs. The mattresses in the downstairs bedroom weren't hygienic either. We booked for 20 people, but there weren't enough chairs, especially outside, and the table and chairs were shabby and broken. The kitchen only had two small, outdated fridges. We couldn't even fit the birthday cake in them. Honestly, when you rent for 20 people, the facilities need to be adequate! It's a shame because the place itself is nice.
The place is nice, but… Unfortunately, the owner is very unpleasant. When we arrived, some of the mattress protectors had urine stains and a strong odor. We received no apology or compensation and were even accused of causing this, even though we had just started our stay. The overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired: dust bunnies in every room, dirty dishes, etc. Furthermore, once our rental was over, the owner disappeared. We were never able to retrieve some belongings we left behind. Neither she nor her husband responded. We consider this theft.
