The cottage accommodates up to 36 guests across 7 bedrooms, making it an ideal venue for multi-generational family reunions, work retreats that favor nature over concrete, or simply a group of friends determined to celebrate something properly. Evenings often begin around the fireplace, that central hearth which turns conversation into confidence the moment the first embers glow red.

In summer, life naturally moves outside. The barbecue becomes the headquarters of long, unhurried afternoons, while cars park without a second thought in the private lot. In the kitchen, a dishwasher and washing machine take care of the daily logistics, leaving all the room for what matters: being together. Wi-Fi keeps the outside world within reach, for those who cannot do without it — or for sharing in real time whatever the Barrois inspires in them.

Around the cottage, the region keeps its treasures for those who take the time to seek them out: the shimmering ponds of the Woëvre, the woodland paths where mushrooms grow in silence come autumn, the cellars where Moselle wines age a few hours down the road. Bar-le-Duc with its medieval lanes is close enough for a cultural outing, and the hiking trails of the forest massif begin almost at the bottom of the garden.
