Les Gîtes du Coq d'Or

Les Gîtes du Coq d'Or accommodate 30 people under one roof in Normandy, in Epretot, in a rural setting well suited to gatherings that call for space and quiet. The 9 bedrooms allow the entire group to stay on-site, with no one having to find a hotel several miles away — which simplifies logistics and keeps the group together throughout the stay.

The cottage lends itself well to several types of events. For a milestone birthday, the capacity means family and close friends can all be there without compromise. For a small business seminar or team-building retreat, the shared spaces offer room to work during the day and come together in the evenings. A weekend with a blended family or across generations unfolds naturally, each subgroup finding its own rhythm. For an intimate wedding, the Norman setting and relative seclusion of the property allow celebrations without the constraints of close neighbors.

Day-to-day group life is made easier by practical amenities: the dishwasher handles cleanup after communal meals, the washing machine means no one has to head home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry after a multi-day stay. The barbecue naturally anchors summer evenings outdoors. The Wi-Fi covers the group's everyday needs, whether staying reachable or getting a few hours of remote work done.

The games available on-site keep downtime lively without any need to plan additional entertainment — useful for mixed or multigenerational groups.

Epretot is located in Seine-Maritime, within reasonable distance of the Normandy coast and the region's points of interest, making it easy to organize day trips while keeping the gîte as a shared home base.
