Les Berges de Launay

In the heart of Brittany, amid the lush surroundings of Saint-Marcel, Les Berges de Launay welcomes you with that genuine warmth only character cottages can offer. The region, bathed in soft light and soothing landscapes, sets the perfect scene for a getaway with a large group, far from the hustle of everyday life.

The cottage sleeps up to 19 guests, spread across its 6 generous bedrooms — ample space to bring together family, close friends, or colleagues without any compromise on comfort. Inside, the fireplace naturally becomes the beating heart of the house: a place to gather in the evenings, glass in hand, as the embers crackle softly and conversations stretch on. The dishwasher takes the edge off the mornings after big meals, and the Wi-Fi keeps everyone reachable when needed.

Outside, the barbecue beckons for al fresco lunches and convivial cookouts that linger well into the Breton sunset. Those shared moments around the grill — laughter mingling with the smell of good food — are often the ones that stay with you longest.

Les Berges de Launay lends itself to countless occasions: family reunions where three generations gather under one roof, friends' weekends that call for space and freedom, intimate team retreats, or celebrations that deserve a setting to match. Brittany, with its wild character and living traditions, adds an extra touch of magic to every stay.

Here, communal life reasserts itself — you wake up together, cook together, linger at the table together. Les Berges de Launay is the ideal address for your group to write, over the course of a stay, one of those memories you'll bring back with a smile years down the line.
