Not recommended. Staff are kind, friendly and do their best to meet most needs. However, the rooms are VERY basic and quite rundown. Bugs everywhere, yea it’s the country but some simple fixes would keep many more out. The room also reeked of sewage from the bathroom piping, lights staying on was an issue, the shower leaked water all over the floor every time you shower no matter what. The sink was perpetually clogged and the toilets take a very long time to refill after flushing. WiFi works sporadically. Definitely only for people looking to rough it. Surroundings are pretty but the entire area is beautiful. The wine and beers served on site are made at nearby properties owned by the same company but are overpriced. They even have the nerve to charge 30€ extra for more towels.

Excellent place to stay, nestled up in the beautiful serene and lush mountains of Assisi. It's a peaceful beatitude, frought with flowing creeks, olive groves and vineyards.
