Le Brocq

Nestled in the lush surroundings of Bénesse-Maremne, on the edge of the Landes and just a short distance from the beaches of southwestern France, Le Brocq is a cottage that immediately puts everyone at ease. From the very first glance, the atmosphere is that of a generous retreat, designed for bringing people together, breathing freely, and making the most of every moment shared.

With a capacity for 19 guests spread across 6 spacious bedrooms, the house is perfectly suited to large groups who refuse to be apart — big families, tight-knit circles of friends, or teams looking for an extraordinary off-site retreat. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher to take the edge off after meals, and a washing machine makes longer stays effortless. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, for those who wish to stay connected without breaking the magic of the place.

The outdoors beckons you to live outside: the pool is the natural gathering point for sunny afternoons, while the jacuzzi offers more intimate moments of relaxation once the day has quieted down. The barbecue truly comes into its own for lively evening cookouts, where laughter stretches long past sunset. When the cooler air returns, the fireplace creates a cosy, convivial atmosphere indoors, while the air conditioning ensures perfect comfort whatever the season. A selection of games rounds things out for spontaneous evenings, family tournaments, or simple moments of togetherness between walks in the surrounding area.

Le Brocq is the kind of house where everyone naturally finds their place, where generations mix with ease, and where memories are made effortlessly. It is simply waiting for your group to bring it to life and fill it with the sound of your laughter.
