Very warm welcome. Pleasant location and accommodation. Close to Puy du Fou (accessible on foot in 1 hour). Equipment as described.
This place was ideal for what we were looking for: peace and quiet, the beauty of the surrounding countryside, and a real sense of freedom. The kitchen/dining area in the cottage is very large and welcoming, and the bedrooms are spacious, cozy, and well-designed for families. Our stay in Les Herbiers and at Puy du Fou was a resounding success, enjoyed by all. A huge thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Chiron for contributing to this unforgettable experience.
Entire rental of the gîte (all accommodations + reception room) for a whole weekend. This place is ideal for family gatherings, birthdays, and parties with friends. The owners are lovely, present on-site, reachable by phone if needed, and very discreet. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The accommodations are modern, very well heated, well insulated, and well-equipped. I should add that the bedrooms are larger than they appear in the photos. The reception room, with its kitchen, refrigerator, and professional dishwasher, plus clean restrooms, is spotless. The charm of this place lies in the fact that they have preserved the exterior of the old farmhouses while creating a modern interior—a truly remarkable achievement. In short, a 5/5.
