La Fabrique à Souvenirs

La Fabrique à Souvenirs is a cottage located in Saint-Martin-Boulogne, in the Hauts-de-France region, a few minutes from the town centre of Boulogne-sur-Mer and its direct access to the English Channel. The property accommodates up to 35 people and has 6 bedrooms spread across the estate. This accommodation capacity makes it a suitable address for large family gatherings, residential seminars, or group weekends with a large party.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, which makes managing communal meals easier for a group of this size. A washing machine is also available on site, useful for stays of several days without having to pack oversized luggage. Outside, a barbecue allows for outdoor dining, an asset in this region where summer days benefit from the raking light characteristic of the Côte d'Opale coastline.

Saint-Martin-Boulogne directly borders Boulogne-sur-Mer, France's leading fishing port, giving immediate access to a supply of fresh seafood nearby. The area combines a quiet peri-urban environment with proximity to shops, the harbour, and the beaches of the Boulonnais. The Channel Tunnel is approximately 35 kilometres away, and Calais is accessible in around thirty minutes, positioning the cottage as a convenient base for groups travelling from the United Kingdom or northern Europe.
