L'1vent'air

L'1vent'air accommodates up to 20 people in a cottage located in Ardillières, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Its 5 bedrooms allow the entire group to stay on-site, without spreading accommodation across multiple addresses — a direct advantage for family gatherings, friends' weekends, or team retreats that benefit from staying together.

The pool naturally shapes the rhythm of shared days: swimming, lounging by the water, outdoor aperitifs. The barbecue extends meals outside without any logistical hassle. Indoors, the dishwasher and washing machine handle the load of multi-night stays — useful once the group exceeds around ten people and chores start to pile up. The Wi-Fi connection covers the needs of work-oriented stays: presentations, video calls, or simply staying reachable while enjoying the surroundings.

The play areas round out the entertainment for mixed groups — children and adults, different generations — without evenings depending on outside organisation.

The property suits several event formats well: a milestone birthday with extended family, a team-building weekend, a multigenerational stay, or a small wedding looking for a private setting away from hotel venues. In all these cases, the ability to sleep 20 people under one roof simplifies coordination and strengthens group dynamics.

Ardillières is located in the Charente-Maritime department, close to La Rochelle and the Atlantic coast, making it easy to incorporate day trips into a broader programme.

L'1vent'air works as a self-contained space: pool, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor and indoor areas — everything is brought together so the group does not need to leave the property to meet its essential needs.
