Gites de la ferme bio de They

The Gîtes de la ferme bio de They are located in the commune of Sorans-les-Breurey, in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, within a preserved agricultural setting where organically farmed plots surround the buildings directly. The property accommodates up to 22 people across 8 bedrooms, making it well suited to large family groups or multi-day stays with friends.

The architecture retains the typical volumes of Franche-Comté farmhouses: thick walls, exposed timber frames, and local stone. The indoor fireplace serves as the main gathering point on evenings, while the games room offers a covered alternative for both children and adults.

On the wellness side, the property features an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and a sauna — three independent facilities that can be used simultaneously by groups of different sizes. The barbecue makes it easy to organize outdoor meals on the terrace or in the farmyard.

Day-to-day practicalities are handled by an integrated dishwasher and washing machine, both essential for extended stays with 22 people. The immediate proximity of the fields and the natural spaces of the Ognon valley offers walking and cycling routes accessible directly from the property.

Its location in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté places this gîte within less than two hours of Besançon and Dijon, with quick access to the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise and the region's heritage trails.
