I had the pleasure of staying with my wife at this gîte. Our itinerary included visiting Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and the surrounding villages. We also rented two electric mountain bikes directly from the gîte for the day to enjoy the beautiful trails this region has to offer. I highly recommend this place.

This house nestled in the mountains was idyllic. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The view was breathtaking. And the cherry on top of this superb Basque cake was the jacuzzi.

Where to begin...? The cottage is even more charming than in the photos, impeccably clean, with stunning views from every window, a picturesque garden, and all the comforts you need to recharge in the heart of nature! Just minutes from all amenities, the place is almost a surprise. And finally, to top it all off (otherwise we'd have to write a book!), the owners are incredibly welcoming, attentive, helpful, and very pleasant!

If you're looking for a renovated sheepfold surrounded by nature, while retaining all its charm, you can rent Anthony's cottage with your eyes closed. We loved the old-world charm, the house's amenities, the quiet setting without being too far from shops (a car is required), the region's wealth of hiking opportunities, and the close contact with the owners.
