Gite la Bréhannière

Gîte la Bréhannière accommodates up to 30 people across its 12 rooms, making it one of the most suitable addresses for large groups in the Pays de la Loire region. Each room has its own dedicated space, avoiding the compromises on individual comfort that are often accepted with this type of rental. Located in Montfort-le-Gesnois, the property sits less than 30 minutes from Le Mans — far enough to enjoy a peaceful setting without feeling isolated.

For a multi-generational family weekend, the layout works well: adults have shared spaces to gather around the fireplace or barbecue, while younger guests enjoy the games provided. The pool adds a practical dimension in season, particularly for birthdays or friends' weekends where entertainment takes care of itself.

For a seminar or small-scale team-building event, the gîte offers an alternative to hotel meeting rooms: the group stays together, the shared kitchen makes communal meals easier, and a dishwasher rated for 30 place settings is no trivial detail. Wi-Fi keeps work connectivity intact without sacrificing the residential feel of the space.

For an intimate wedding or celebration with no outside vendors imposed, the accommodation capacity eliminates back-and-forth between the venue and surrounding hotels — all 30 guests sleep on site.

The outdoor spaces — terrace, barbecue area, pool — function as a natural extension of the living areas, which matters when managing the flow of a group this size day to day. The fireplace takes over in the evenings or out of season.
