Gîte de Pailherols

The Gîte de Pailherols accommodates up to 35 people across 9 rooms, making it a suitable address for groups of friends, extended families, or teams on a retreat who want to sleep under the same roof rather than scattered across multiple accommodations.

Located in Pailherols, in the Cantal department of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, the gîte sits within a quiet rural setting, away from overcrowded tourist areas. This is a genuine advantage for a family weekend in search of peace and quiet, a milestone birthday that needs room to breathe, or an intimate wedding without immediate neighbors.

The shared spaces are sized for group living: a dining room that can seat all occupants, a lounge for evening gatherings, and an outdoor area equipped with a barbecue for al fresco meals. Having an on-site washing machine simplifies the logistics of multi-day stays — no need to pack oversized luggage or handle laundry outside the property.

Wi-Fi coverage extends across the entire property, allowing groups on corporate retreats or professional off-sites to maintain a working connection without relying on mobile networks that can be unreliable in rural areas.

With 9 rooms for 35 people, the setup means some rooms are shared — something to factor in when arranging sleeping arrangements based on the group's composition. The gîte works equally well for homogeneous groups (friends, colleagues) and multigenerational families where each subgroup can have its own sleeping space.

For organizers, the main advantage is straightforward: one venue, one contract, everyone in the same place from the first day to the last.
