Hello, This Orangerie gîte was perfect for us, both in terms of sleeping arrangements and the common areas (rehearsals, living room, and dining rooms). The brand new kitchen is very practical. The Orangerie is a beautiful gîte; the owners are doing their utmost to maintain and gradually renovate this magnificent place, located in the middle of a park. Come here; you'll be very well received. Thank you.
This gîte is ideal for large groups, with numerous bedrooms that still allow for privacy. There are also large, welcoming common areas for socializing. Some rooms could use a refresh, but the kitchen is functional and well-equipped (including two dishwashers). The gîte is situated in a very pleasant setting (park, etc.), with tennis and ping-pong tables available, and is close to several castles (Blois, Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont, etc.).
The cottage was well-suited for a group of 14 friends. The kitchen was very functional; there was a large, pleasant table for eating together and a very comfortable living room where we could all sit. All of this was next to the castle, surrounded by a large park where we enjoyed walks. We had a very pleasant stay.
