Gersoise et Grange

Gersoise et Grange is a cottage accommodating up to 26 guests across 10 bedrooms, located in Nizas, a village in the Hérault department in the heart of Occitania. The property consists of two separate buildings — a main house and a renovated barn — offering two self-contained living spaces within a single enclosed estate.

The outdoor swimming pool is accessible from both buildings, along with a hot tub for evenings outside. A barbecue area allows for outdoor cooking overlooking the garden. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, suited to large group stays with minimal logistical demands. Air conditioning is fitted throughout the living areas and bedrooms for the summer months.

Wi-Fi coverage extends across the entire property. A selection of games is available on site, suitable for both family groups and gatherings of friends. Nizas is around ten kilometres from Pézenas, a town known for its weekly market and 17th-century architectural heritage, and less than 40 kilometres from the beaches of the Mediterranean coast.

The village is surrounded by Languedoc vineyards, with several wine estates accessible directly from the commune. The two-building layout suits large family reunions or groups looking to share a common outdoor space while maintaining a degree of independence between the two accommodation units.
