Chateaubert

Chateaubert accommodates up to 30 people across its 8 bedrooms, making it a fitting address for large family gatherings, residential seminars, friends' weekends, or intimate weddings. Each bedroom has its own bedding, and the layout of the spaces allows each subgroup to find its own rhythm without encroaching on others.

The swimming pool is the natural gathering point for summer days: large enough for thirty people to come together, it is paired with an outdoor area equipped with a barbecue, ideal for organizing group meals without complex logistics. In the evening, the fireplace takes over and transforms the main living room into a gathering place for quieter moments — after-dinner get-togethers, board game sessions, or simply unwinding after a day of seminar work.

For the day-to-day life of a group of this size, the dishwasher and washing machine make a real difference: less time spent on chores, more availability to enjoy the stay. Wi-Fi coverage extends across the entire property, accommodating both professional uses — presentations, video calls, document sharing — and the group's personal needs.

La Chapelle-Saint-Fray is located in the Pays de la Loire region, in a rural setting that guarantees peace and privacy without excessive isolation. This type of environment is particularly well-suited to corporate seminars looking to step outside their usual context, to birthdays or celebrations that stretch over several days, and to extended family reunions where space is needed to cohabit comfortably for a week.

Chateaubert operates as a self-contained house: once on site, the group has everything it needs to organize itself according to its own schedule.
