Chalet familial de Cuiseaux

Nestled in the commune of Foncine-le-Haut, in the heart of the Jura massif in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, the Chalet familial de Cuiseaux offers a natural, restorative setting for large-group stays.

The chalet can accommodate up to 30 people, making it an ideal address for large family gatherings, group trips with friends, or association and corporate retreats. The property includes 4 bedrooms, giving each guest their own dedicated sleeping space. The shared living areas are designed so that the entire group can come together and enjoy the stay as one, whether around a shared meal, a convivial evening, or simply unwinding after a day of activities.

In terms of amenities, the chalet provides everything needed for a self-sufficient and comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher — a welcome asset when managing daily meals for 30. A washing machine is also available for longer stays. Inside, the fireplace creates a warm atmosphere during the cool evenings typical of the Jura climate. Outside, the barbecue is an open invitation to al fresco meals as soon as the weather allows. Finally, a selection of games is available on-site to fill leisure time, suitable for both younger guests and adults alike.

Foncine-le-Haut is located in the Saine valley, surrounded by natural landscapes characteristic of the Haut-Jura. In summer, the surrounding area offers numerous hiking and cycling routes, as well as fishing and swimming opportunities in the local waterways. In winter, the Foncine-le-Haut nordic ski resort — one of the largest in the Jura massif — provides kilometres of cross-country ski trails and marked snowshoe paths, accessible just minutes from the chalet. Outside of these seasons, the surrounding Jura countryside invites peaceful walks and the discovery of the region's villages and natural sites. The nearby Parc naturel régional du Haut-Jura offers unspoilt landscapes throughout the year.
