The house isn't bad at all, but it's lacking in some areas. It doesn't have enough pots and pans to cook for 10 people, an oven because the one it has only fits half a store-bought pizza, and a new refrigerator that actually cools. Freezing was fine, but cooling... our food spoiled because it didn't cool at all! I should mention that we went there to party, and we weren't told that we couldn't party outside on the porch, only inside the house. We could only stay there until midnight because there are neighbors right next door, sharing a wall. We also have to mention that the pool has set hours; it closes at 10:30 PM and is open until 10:30 AM.

The house itself is fine for 10 people, people who want to spend a few quiet days, but not for young people looking to party since there were neighbors, and nobody warned us about that even though they knew we were coming with those intentions. They also didn't tell us that there were pool hours.

Very cozy house with all the amenities. Extremely comfortable mattresses. The owner even provides sugar and firewood. Perhaps the only downside is that it's a little dark. But perfect for 10 or 12 families.

The house is large, comfortable, and warm in late winter. Insulated enough to be on your own, and close to towns where you can buy BBQs...
