Braie 3 & 4

Braie 3 & 4 brings together two adjoining cottages rented as a unit, forming a coherent ensemble that can accommodate up to 20 people in Notre-Dame-de-Monts, in the Vendée, just a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean.

The 8 bedrooms allow a group to spread out comfortably without anyone having to share an unplanned bed: large families gathered for a birthday, colleagues on a residential seminar, friends for an extended weekend, or loved ones reunited for an intimate wedding will find here an arrangement that avoids the friction of daily life.

The swimming pool is the natural gathering point of the property. Outside of swimming hours, it structures group days without the need to organize a schedule: some relax on the sun loungers while others explore the cycling paths of the Breton Vendée marshland a few hundred meters away.

Indoors, the shared living spaces of the two cottages allow all 20 occupants to come together for meals or evenings without feeling cramped. The built-in dishwasher lightens the logistics of group meals — a point often underestimated when cooking for a group of this size. The washing machine means there is no need to arrive with oversized suitcases for a stay of several days.

The two interconnecting units also offer practical flexibility: each subgroup can maintain its own private space while sharing the pool and communal moments. This is particularly suited to family gatherings where two generations or two families are living under the same roof, or to team seminars that alternate between plenary sessions and free time.

Notre-Dame-de-Monts, a quiet seaside resort on the Vendée coast, is well suited to both summer stays and mid-season weekends, far from the hustle and bustle of larger resorts.
