We live only a few minutes away, so we never needed to use their rooms, but we visit often to buy cheese, meat etc. What a lovely place! Great food, great people and our little one loves visiting the animals (and so do we)!

We stayed at the Bigongiari farm over New Year's Eve. The location was stunning, the apartment comfortable, warm, and clean, nestled in the quiet just outside Lucca. It's a true gem, perfect for unwinding from the stress and hustle and bustle of daily life. Annibale, Carlo, and Mario are wonderful, helpful, and sweet people—people like that aren't easy to find these days. The farm also has a farm shop with excellent local meats and cheeses. It's a magical place, which we frequent mostly because of my son's great passion for animals. The products on sale (cured meats and cheeses) are very good and reasonably priced.
