À l'intérieur, les volumes sont suffisants pour tenir des réunions informelles, des dîners collectifs ou simplement coexister sans friction.
Le lieu convient bien aux week-ends familiaux multigénérationnels, aux anniversaires marquants, aux séminaires d'équipe cherchant à sortir du format bureau, ou aux mariages confidentiels qui préfèrent un cadre privé à une salle de réception classique. L'isolement relatif de la propriété est un atout pour les groupes qui veulent du calme et de l'espace, mais il implique de prévoir la logistique en conséquence : l'accès final se fait sur plusieurs kilomètres de piste, ce qui nécessite des véhicules adaptés ou une organisation de covoiturage en 4×4.
Côté confort climatique, la région est soumise aux fortes chaleurs estivales caractéristiques de l'Andalousie intérieure. Les séjours organisés en dehors des mois de juillet et août — printemps, automne ou période de Noël — profitent de températures nettement plus agréables pour exploiter pleinement les extérieurs.

Fantastic casa rural in the Sierra north of Seville. The house has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and each room has an en suite with amazing showers! The countryside is absolutely beautiful. 100% recommend.
I spent a weekend there with my friends and the house is okay, but it's lacking in many details for the price. Access is difficult if your car isn't high-clearance, as there are at least 5km of dirt track. The good thing is that you're in the middle of the countryside and you don't bother anyone.
It's a large country house with 8 bedrooms; however, I would recommend going around Christmas time to avoid the heat. Also, don't trust the price listed on the website, as if it says €1200, they'll later tell you €1600 with the excuse that the price is just a guideline (the first time I've ever heard that). We weren't warned that the outdoor BBQ couldn't be used, and naturally, we bought charcoal to get us through the days we had to endure without using it. Several of the air conditioners in the bedrooms weren't cooling or simply weren't working, like the one in the living room (they all have timers for a maximum of 4 hours). When this was reported to the staff, they said they would call a technician, but of course, on a weekend, nobody is going to come and fix anything, and the quick fix was a fan, which obviously just moves hot air = no solution at all. The toilet in the bedrooms that didn't have their own bathroom was broken and leaking water, and this was also reported, with no solution offered other than shutting off the water. The only good thing about it all is the location and the space, since you don't bother anyone and it can accommodate many people. By the way, the person in charge of the rental was completely inattentive to their phone, only answering WhatsApp messages four days later.
Excellent. The house is perfectly equipped in every way. Cozy, with a wonderful fireplace, and comfortable bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Magnificent surroundings for walks and enjoying nature. Access is in very good condition. After two weeks of heavy rain, the road was almost perfect. Five families spent a wonderful weekend here.
Second time I've come, very good house especially for large groups and with children, the only negative thing is the access road which is too far from the roads, 11 km on one side and 7 km on the other.
