Le cadre se prête particulièrement bien aux week-ends en famille sur plusieurs générations, aux anniversaires qui appellent un cadre authentique plutôt qu'une salle de fêtes, et aux séminaires résidentiels où le groupe a besoin de se retrouver hors du bureau sans pour autant être isolé de tout. Un mariage discret, une fête de fin d'études ou un enterrement de vie de garçon/fille en version calme trouvent ici leur place naturellement.
La maison est maintenue avec soin : propreté irréprochable, équipements fonctionnels, rien ne manque pour s'installer sans réorganiser les placards. L'accueil du propriétaire est humain et sans formalisme excessif — les arrivées se passent bien, les questions trouvent des réponses. C'est un détail qui compte quand on gère un groupe.
La situation à Culla — village perché classé parmi les plus beaux d'Espagne — offre des randonnées directement accessibles depuis la maison, un bourg avec quelques commerces, et une connexion à l'autoroute A-7 à moins d'une heure. Idéal pour couper avec le quotidien sans planifier une expédition logistique.

A simply spectacular place. If you're looking to disconnect and reconnect with nature, this spot is a true paradise. The house is wonderful: meticulously cared for, welcoming, and with everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. The jacuzzi is pure luxury, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors, and the barbecue area invites you to spend unforgettable moments with good company. The surroundings are incredible, filled with tranquility, fresh air, and breathtaking landscapes. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a few days of relaxation with friends or family. But without a doubt, the best thing about it all is the hosts: attentive, friendly, and always making sure your stay is perfect. You can tell they put love into every detail. I would return without hesitation. A perfect 10 in every way.
Very satisfied with the experience. Everything was easy from the start. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. The reception and explanation of everything were perfect, like being at home. The facilities exceeded expectations. We would definitely return and recommend it.
We stayed at El Niu Del Pardal from Monday to Friday, and it's one of the best rural houses I've ever stayed in. Beautiful inside and out, in a wonderful setting. The house was very clean, very well maintained, and absolutely beautiful. And the owners added thoughtful touches that I haven't found in any other rural house I've stayed in... plus it's pet-friendly... what more could you ask for?! The best country house we've ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and meticulously maintained—a dream house. You can tell David and Teresa poured their hearts and souls into creating such a place. No detail was overlooked. The mattresses and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We were there to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary, and Tere made us a heart-shaped chocolate flan, along with cava and chocolates. I was so touched! 😍 It's a peaceful place to relax. They provide firewood for the fireplace and barbecue, as well as grills, paella pans for gas or wood, and firelighters. The kitchen is fully equipped with two types of coffee makers: capsule and traditional. There's a basket with jam, butter, sugar, honey, various herbal teas, and toast. Two modern flat-screen TVs are available, one downstairs in the dining room and the other upstairs in the bedroom, which also has a jacuzzi and a covered terrace. Dogs are welcome. The hosts were fantastic. I only ask that whoever reads this review and visits the house, which I 100% recommend, treat it as if it were your own because so much work went into it; every piece of wood or stone was made by them. We'll be back ❤️
