Les chambres spacieuses, chacune dotée de sa propre salle de bains privative, garantissent à chaque occupant une vraie bulle de confort et d'intimité, même au sein d'un groupe nombreux. Côté cuisine, l'équipement professionnel — une véritable cuisine industriale pourvue de tout ce qu'il faut — permet de préparer des repas de fête sans la moindre contrainte. Dehors, le jardin avec son barbecue complète parfaitement l'ensemble, invitant aux repas en plein air dès les beaux jours.
C'est ici que les grandes tablées prennent tout leur sens : anniversaires mémorables, retrouvailles entre amis ou en famille, week-ends entre collègues ou célébrations qui méritent un cadre à la hauteur. La maison se prête aussi bien aux longues soirées animées dans la cuisine qu'aux matinées paresseuses étalées dans le jardin. Les propriétaires font confiance à leurs hôtes en leur remettant les clés, laissant chaque groupe s'approprier pleinement les lieux.
Plusieurs familles et couples avec enfants y ont déjà vécu des moments inoubliables, et tous sont unanimes : on revient à Bergatxenea. Parce qu'une maison aussi accueillante, dans un écrin aussi beau, ça ne se trouve pas deux fois.

Exceptional country house. Located in a wonderful setting. The owners give you the keys and make the house, which can accommodate approximately 15 to 17 people, available to you. We'll be back.
We had heard great things about the house, and once we were there, we saw it for ourselves! Several couples with children stayed, and we had a wonderful time. It's a marvelous and welcoming house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and is fully equipped and decorated with attention to detail. The kitchen is very spacious and spotless. The living room has a fireplace and plenty of firewood. There's a huge separate dining room with large, comfortable wooden tables. In this space, there's a pellet stove to keep the temperature just right (both the wood and pellets are included in the price, a really nice touch). There's also a barbecue area with a burner and paella pans of various sizes. In short, we were very comfortable, and the owners were incredibly welcoming; you can tell they really wanted us to feel at home. THANK YOU!!!
A fantastic country house. Superbly located in the center of town. Industrial kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The garden with its barbecue is wonderful. The owners' hospitality is impeccable.
We were a group of 12 and it's truly a fantastic house, a 10 out of 10. It has everything you could possibly need. The garden with a barbecue is priceless, and overall the facilities are great. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with everything you could imagine. The only downside is the lack of wooden utensils, which would be nice as the bottoms of the pots and pans wouldn't get so scratched. Best regards. A spectacular weekend!
A wonderful, fantastic country house in a beautiful village and an idyllic setting. The house is in the heart of Erratzu, yet private enough not to disturb the neighbors. It's fully prepared and equipped with everything you need. We spent six days there, including New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, and were incredibly comfortable. The house has eight bedrooms spread across the second and third floors, with double beds, queen beds, and single beds pushed together, and some with extra beds. Eight full bathrooms, each accessible from the bedroom, are equipped with shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, and towels for all guests, both bath and shower towels, as well as hairdryers. All the bathrooms work perfectly with excellent water pressure and hot water. The spacious industrial kitchen opens onto the living room and features a small table and a fireplace with a tempered glass backsplash—a perfect little corner. They provide firewood, which is wonderful. The adjoining Txoko (a traditional Basque social space) is a huge dining area with a table, chairs, and a very large TV. There's a pellet boiler there, which makes it even more pleasant. From there, you have access to the spacious garden, ideal if you're traveling with pets, with a huge covered barbecue, a paella pan ring, a sink... A real treat. Everything is super well-equipped, the kitchen with all the appliances: toaster, juicer, pressure cooker, tons of cookware, large pots, knives... They also provide dish soap and commercial-grade dishwasher detergent, as well as cloths, scouring pads, and paper towels. We went to visit the owners' farm and cattle shed nearby, and they couldn't have been more attentive and welcoming. They were incredibly thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable at all times. We hope to return as soon as possible.
