El establecimiento puede acoger a varias familias o grupos de amigos, con espacios comunes pensados para compartir — terrazas sombreadas, rincones para comer al aire libre, esa atmósfera de confín del mundo accesible que solo las granjas auténticas saben crear.
Pero lo que hace singular a The Hill Farm es la mesa. Las cenas que aquí se sirven no se limitan a seducir: cuentan historias. Embutidos locales, quesos de oveja, pasta hecha en casa, verduras del huerto — basta un bocado para entender por qué la cocina ciociara ha permanecido tan desconocida como inolvidable. Los viajeros de paso — desde parejas en luna de miel, llegadas tarde por la noche tras un largo viaje — dan testimonio de lo mismo: la cálida acogida de los propietarios transforma una simple parada en un verdadero recuerdo.

We stayed one night at Agriturismo Ciociaro il Colle and it was the perfect ending to our holiday in Italy. This is a genuine working farm, and you can really taste that in the food. We had dinner here and everything was exceptional—fresh, authentic, and clearly either produced on-site or locally sourced. It made the whole experience feel very special and true to the region. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, the room was comfortable and peaceful, and we slept very well. Breakfast this morning was the perfect send-off before heading to the airport. A beautiful, authentic place with wonderful hospitality, we only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!!!!!!
During our honeymoon, while driving from Rome to Naples late in the evening, we decided to stay here overnight. Even though we arrived quite late, the owner welcomed us warmly and immediately offered us a tasting dinner. He was very attentive and, with the help of a translator, made sure we felt comfortable. The dinner was spectacular, although we were already full halfway through 😄. The room was great, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. We will fondly remember this short stop and truly hope to return one day.
A great place to stay, lovely spacious room with a beautiful view. Just 5 minutes off the motorway so very accessible. Nothing was too much trouble for the team running it. We arrived too late to try the restaurant but it was very busy with what looked like locals, a really good sign.

Incredible deal for the price. Place is very clean and quiet. Shower stall is very tiny, perhaps measuring 2.5 ft by 2.5 ft square. Free breakfast is very nice as well with a good assortment of pastries, fresh boiled farm eggs (ridiculously good and firm), warm croissants and fruits. They have a pri fix dinner menu for 22 euros which I highly encourage. It’s a really awesome deal as the food just kept coming and we couldn’t finish them all. Full antipasto plate for each person, two courses of pasta dishes (freshly made at the farm), and a final meat dish including beef and pork, then the dessert. It was a typical relatively heavy Northern Italian food, but for others it may be perfectly fine. Overall, a really nice experience with all the farm animals to look at.
