Fortezza Alta is an amazing location. Our host Francesca was such a lovely host, she went out of her way to make our stay absolutely rememberable. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. Would definitely recommend this venue.
Stunningly beautiful! The property itself is amazing with fruit orchards, the fort and the neighbouring building are restored perfectly and the family who live there are so friendly and welcoming! Visit or stay whenever possible!
Medieval fort, a special place.600 years of history. You can sleep there or organize weddings and celebrations. They have a restaurant too.
Pretty good but the wifi didn't work properly
The fortress itself is beautiful...nice place...food like a buffet catering...just make sure both the owner and the waiters check on you...and they put a slice of ham, a slice of salami, a mozzarella. If you take it alone, they'll tell you off and what am I doing here? They won't give you the larger mozzarella because it has to be shared among everyone...food quality like a discount store...been three times, once even in rooms...nice location for taking photos 18th...ah, been three times just for the FM guy who deserves it, he puts in the effort and everything. But let's leave the others alone. At the end of the dinner, I asked for coffee and sambuca. Not even considered after an hour of waiting, he left...for them, people don't count...when they should understand that it's the people who make them move on. A little more humility...three times, three discussions...
