You are not a guest here, you are a friend. This agriturismo is fully family operated. Nice location, great food and pool. We will definitely be back. Daniela really takes care of her guests. Make sure to book the dinner and you will get authentic food from Tuscane. Starlink Internet access included.
The agriturismo Poggio degli Ulivi is nothing less than a piece of paradise. We stayed here in August 2023 with our two kids for two weeks and we all had the most amazing time. The setting is just magnificent: right in the Tuscan hills with breath-taking views and among countless olive trees, you find all the tranquillity, whilst being close to lots of activities and excursions (Maremma Park, Grosseto, amazing beaches, Saturnia, Siena, even Rome is only 1,5h away by train...). The rooms of the agriturismo are very spacious (we stayed in the Belvedere apartment), super clean and well-maintained. There is a swimming pool with your own sun umbrella and sunbeds, BBQ facilities etcetera. BUT probably the most impressive aspect of Poggio degli Ulivi is the wonderful host Daniela. Daniela owns the magic of always being available for help whilst at the same time respecting your own privacy at all times. She is an amazing cook (homemade pizza, Italian diners, breakfast) and just one of the most kind persons we have ever met. Given her experience, she clearly knows how to run an agriturismo while her personal contact just makes you feel warmly welcomed from the first minute you arrive until the last minute of your holiday. There is only one downside: amazing holidays are always too short, otherwise we would still be there right now (but the memories are with us forever!). We miss you, Daniela, you and your family will be forever in our hearts and we will definitely visit you again!
We spent 4 super relaxing days in this agriturismo and had a great time. The bedrooms are very clean and have everything you will need. Daniela is always making sure guests are happy, serving great breakfast and dinner (everything home-made by herself) and sharing tips of things to do in the region. We'll come back.
