Encaramado en las colinas de la Sierra Norte de Sevilla, el Cortijo El Berrocal es una finca rural andaluza compuesta por varios apartamentos y estudios independientes, con capacidad para alojar hasta una veintena de personas según las configuraciones elegidas. El conjunto se presta naturalmente a las reuniones de grupo que desean ocupar el lugar en exclusividad.
La arquitectura de cortijo —construcción agrícola tradicional organizada en torno a un patio central— genera una dinámica de grupo eficaz: cada alojamiento ofrece su propia intimidad, mientras que los espacios exteriores compartidos (terrazas, patio, terreno circundante) se convierten en el corazón de la vida colectiva. Es este modelo el que se adapta a los fines de semana en familia con varias generaciones, a los cumpleaños entre amigos que desean estar entre ellos, o a los pequeños seminarios en busca de un entorno diferente, lejos de las salas de reuniones estandarizadas.
El lugar se inscribe en un entorno natural preservado, alejado del bullicio urbano, lo que lo convierte en una elección coherente para los grupos que quieren desconectar de las pantallas, caminar y pasar tiempo juntos sin distracciones. Cazalla de la Sierra, a unos 80 km de Sevilla, sigue siendo accesible en coche al tiempo que ofrece una verdadera ruptura con la ciudad.
El carácter del lugar es claramente rústico y sin pretensiones: encanto auténticamente español, instalaciones funcionales más que refinadas. Los grupos que aprecian el confort moderno estandarizado encontrarán el lugar alejado de sus expectativas. En cambio, quienes buscan la autenticidad de una finca rural andaluza, el espacio para reencontrarse y una atmósfera alejada de la hotelería industrial, hallarán un marco coherente con su intención: encontrarse de verdad, en un lugar que tiene algo que decir.

A very real Spanish experience. I always stay at one of the apartments at Berrocal when I visit my friends who live at the top of the hill. Full of simple rustic charm and surrounded by spectacular countryside with the added delight of owner Carmen preparing a fresh and authentic lunch for us in the dining room. I have ridden out several times with Francisco on one of his lovely horses which is a great way to see the area. I love it there. Rural Spain at its best.

If you are looking for a place to disconnect from the hectic and virtual life...then this is a great choice. If you are looking for comfort, elegance and luxury...forget it. This is the ideal place to go back to rural, genuine roots, in touch with nature, with the perfect quiet and peace to get in touch with yourself. The small swimming pool is offers a great combination so you can enjoy the sunbathing and ...refreshing yourself too. The owners are super friendly, attentive and ready to help you out. If you like horses...here you are. You can either jump on one and go...or take up lessons! We will definitely go back for a re- energizing experience in touch with real magical life...where simplicity is the ultimate sofistication. 💥💯🙌👋👋

Absolutely not recommended. We left there horrified after just a few hours. To begin with, the general neglect of the facilities and services: a dark studio with flies and mosquitoes everywhere, rickety furniture, scant dishes and rusty cutlery, and no toilet paper. The pool was unattended and full of insects. And the worst part: the animals they keep, dogs and cats, are in terrible condition. A loose dog attacked a litter of kittens, and we witnessed the aftermath firsthand, unable to do anything. The owners and managers were all absent. We had to call a number to get the owner to show up, furious and upset that we had disturbed his rest. Far from showing any concern for the animals' condition and our well-being in light of what we had witnessed, he claimed that "that's just how the countryside is" and displayed utter contempt for animal protection laws. We decided to leave, and he charged us half for the first night. Three families (who didn't know each other) left at the same time. The worst experience I've ever had in accommodation, whether rural or not.

Excellent location, close to the village (5-minute walk). The house was very cozy, the views were beautiful, and we loved the pool area. You can bring your pet without any problem; on the contrary, they treat them like family. Carmen welcomed us with a very warm and friendly manner, making us feel comfortable. I highly recommend it for escaping the stress of the city and immersing yourself in nature in minutes. We will be back.

It was a fantastic weekend! The house was really nice, cozy, and very clean. The service made us feel right at home. We loved it because our pet was very well taken care of. 100% recommended. We'll definitely be back!
