We stayed for two nights and had a great experience! The hosts told us the history of the Chateau and gave us ideas for some places to see in the area. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. The beds were comfortable and the grounds were gorgeous. We cannot wait to see what it looks like after all of their renovations are finished!
I attended a wedding at the Chateau recently. The wedding utilized the courtyard for the cocktail hour and the orangeries for the reception. Both are lovely. As others have said, a few flowers here and there would have been nice, but the grounds are otherwise well-maintained and lovely and the chateau is a wonderful setting for an event. Parking lot a bit primitive--exercise caution walking to your car after sunset.

The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the welcome is warm and friendly. It's also an ideal venue for celebrating a wedding. An absolutely magnificent place, full of charm and authenticity. This weekend's medieval market was a real success: the atmosphere, the decorations, everything was there for a truly timeless experience. Well done to the organizers, we had a wonderful time!
