Not a luxury hotel, not a prestige château — this 8,000 m² Normandy estate is built around one idea: maximum fun, activity, and togetherness. A deliberately unpretentious concept, perfect for groups who want to share a real experience rather than just a roof. Three complementary spaces make up the property: the manor house (300 m², two floors), with 8 bedrooms, two large lounges, dining rooms and a fully-equipped kitchen; the pool house (295 m²), housing a year-round indoor heated pool (27°C), a bar, a summer kitchen, a terrace and showers; and a heated chalet with two dormitory-style rooms. Capacity: 30 people (maximum declared), 35 sleeping places across 10 spaces. Layout: 6 double bedrooms (some with an extra single bed), 2 rooms with king-size bunk + single, and 2 lounge-dormitory spaces. A neighbouring house with 8 extra bedrooms is also available as a paid option. Bed linen placed on the beds is included; towels are not provided. 50+ activities await: tennis, multi-sport courts, giant trampoline, billiards, table football, retro gaming, darts, charcoal BBQ, pétanque, ping-pong, bikes and more. Seminar groups have a dedicated meeting room with projector and modular tables. Indoor music and dancing are permitted. No pets allowed. Young children and babies welcome. Set in the Eure, Normandy, within easy reach of a medieval castle, an abbey, and one of France's most beautifully labelled villages — all a short drive from Rouen.
