Nestled in the rolling vineyards of the Beaujolais countryside, in the Rhône department of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, this characterful estate welcomes up to 21 guests across 11 thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, blending exposed-beam charm with modern comforts. Nine bathrooms with showers and 13 WCs ensure total ease for the whole group. Air conditioning, fiber Wi-Fi throughout, and central heating keep everyone comfortable year-round. One bathroom is wheelchair-accessible. Outside, the private heated pool (29°C, 72 m², open April through September) sits within a fully enclosed park of over 4 hectares. Sun loungers, a pergola, an outdoor dining area, a pétanque court, a children's play area, and a fire pit offer endless ways to enjoy the outdoors. Outdoor music, an external sound system, and dancing are all welcome — outdoor gatherings may continue until 10 pm. The semi-professional kitchen — equipped with 3 fridges, 3 dishwashers, and a standalone freezer — is built for large group meals, with an indoor dining table large enough for everyone. A dedicated meeting room, a yoga and sport space, and an indoor games room make this a natural fit for seminars, team-building retreats, or wellness getaways. Sheets and towels are provided, 3 travel cots are available, and you'll receive a personal welcome on arrival. On-site catering can be arranged. Pets are not allowed; smoking is permitted outside. Just 15 minutes from a railway station or airport, steps from a village, and close to Lyon, this luxurious estate is made for unforgettable gatherings: weddings, birthdays, family reunions, and professional events.
