CasaGiga 2202 (Madiran)

My stay at This CasaGiga was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the beautiful French countryside, this charming property offers the perfect blend of tranquility and comfort. The gîtes are thoughtfully designed, maintaining a balance between rustic charm and modern amenities. What truly sets This CasaGiga apart, however, is its strong commitment to sustainability. The eco-friendly practices in place are evident in every aspect of the stay—from the use of natural, local materials, and the emphasis on reducing waste. It’s clear that the owners deeply care for the environment, which made my stay even more special. Speaking of the owners, they are the heart and soul of This CasaGiga. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness that made me feel like part of the family. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness ensured that every need was met, and they were always eager to share their knowledge of the local area, which added a rich layer to my experience. This CasaGiga is more than just a place to stay—it’s a sanctuary where you can reconnect with nature, experience authentic French hospitality, and leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired. I cannot recommend this place enough and look forward to returning soon!

Great holiday, quirky gite

We had the most incredible stay at This CasaGiga for my 30th birthday in March with a group of eight friends. The gîtes were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious, perfect for hosting relaxed dinners together both indoors and outside. We especially loved having a BBQ one evening while taking in the stunning surroundings. The location was ideal for a week that combined skiing in the Pyrenees with wine tasting and exploring the local area. Paulette and Simon were exceptional hosts; warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their recommendations and local knowledge made organising activities effortless and really enhanced our trip. I couldn’t recommend This CasaGiga more highly. It was the perfect setting for a memorable celebration with friends, and we’d absolutely love to return.

We rented all the cottages for our wedding. Our family, who came from all corners of the globe, reunited and sometimes even discovered new friends in this magnificent place. With its large capacity, it's the ideal place for family gatherings. Our hosts were delightful (available when we needed them, yet not at all intrusive). The grounds are vast with many points of interest: a swimming pool, pétanque court, trampoline, ping-pong table, sandbox, fruit trees, and a badminton court. It's a warm and welcoming haven, a haven in the heart of nature, in a beautiful region. We were all amazed by the work done to transform ruined barns into incredibly comfortable cottages. Well done!
