Set in the Loire countryside of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, just minutes from a village and close to Saint-Étienne, this warm semi-rural cottage is built for large gatherings. It sleeps up to 14 guests and can host up to 50 people for daytime events — a major asset for weddings, birthday parties, and corporate seminars. A pétanque court, children's play area, and outdoor lighting keep guests of all ages entertained well into the night. Personal tents are welcome on the grounds, and motorhomes have access too. Fiber Wi-Fi covers the entire property, air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, and a key box allows for smooth, self-guided check-in. Indoor dancing and music are permitted — perfect for a proper celebration. External guests are welcome to join your group.
