Os proprietários criaram um espaço mágico para ficar uns dias em Las Merindades. Para grupos de amigos as condições são soberbas. A casa tem tudo, e está à nossa disposição. A decoração, os espaços e ambientes interiores, o terraço exterior, a churrasqueira para grelhados, e toda a envolvência bucólica da zona envolvente à casa. A sensação é de paz e tranquilidade. Super aconselhável!

We spent Easter week at Villa Pepe in Las Merindades (Burgos), and it was a fantastic experience. The house is huge, perfect for a group of friends or family. It has a very spacious dining room, several lounge areas with comfortable armchairs, and best of all, a fully equipped games room that ensures you have everything you need during your stay. It also has a cinema screen, which is a fantastic bonus for everyone to enjoy together. Everything is very well maintained and designed for large groups, making for a very comfortable stay. We also want to highlight the owner's excellent service; he was very attentive, making sure everything was to our liking, and always available for anything we needed. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place!

We had a wonderful weekend at Villa Pepe. The house is superb, with every detail taken care of and nothing lacking. Both the children and the adults had a fantastic time; the games and arcade machines were a huge hit. The rooms were great, and we really enjoyed visiting the surrounding area. Finally, we must mention that the hosts were in constant contact with us in case we needed anything. It was an experience we'd love to repeat, and we wholeheartedly recommend it. We hope to return soon!

The house has everything you need and is well-equipped, with all kinds of games, instant hot water, and a beautiful setting. It's great fun and a good place for several families to stay overnight while exploring northern Burgos!

We spent a few days as a family this Christmas, and I have to say it was all perfect. The facilities were very well maintained and the surroundings beautiful. The stay was very relaxing and my family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I recommend it 100%, and the service and communication with Asier was exceptional. Thank you for everything. We'll definitely be back, but this time there will be more of us! 😆🥳
