Disappointment!!!! The house overlooks the property, with year-round tenants living nearby. While they were discreet, opening the shutters directly onto the terrace of strangers (not mentioned in the description)!!! Furthermore, they had to walk past the pool to get to their house. In short, privacy was nonexistent! I left more tired than at the start of my vacation, a first for me!! The nights were short because the house wasn't insulated, so it was just as hot outside as inside! The floorboards creaked so loudly upstairs they could wake the dead. The layout is completely unsuitable; some members of my family didn't even have the pleasure of unpacking their suitcases because there weren't any closets. In short, I'm extremely disappointed with this rental. It's a real shame to have a property like this for rent and not offer amenities that justify the price. The positive side: you've convinced me to buy a caravan so I don't have this kind of disappointment again! The region is magnificent. The pool is very nice. The place is clean.

Large house designed to accommodate around twenty people, at most. Many of the beds offered are actually extra beds, not double rooms. For example, we ended up having to sleep six people in the same room... We had to pitch a tent. The garden area is pleasant, however, we had to negotiate with the caretaker to put a table on the grass, as we couldn't fit in the pool area... The house itself is old, the floorboards creak. One bathroom is spacious, the other rather impractical (you have to use clothespins to close the shower curtain). There are few toilets, and half of them don't close properly... The lighting along the pétanque court is also faulty. There are other tenants in the same courtyard as the house, so be prepared to see people you don't know. I therefore advise you to lock up the house securely and keep an eye on your belongings... The weekend was still enjoyable, despite the fact that the house itself wasn't quite what we expected.

Based on the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival! The pool was crystal clear, the washing machine and dishwasher were working, and there were only two extra beds, which we didn't even use. There are only two bathrooms, but the toilets are separate, and several sinks are scattered throughout the house, making it easy to manage. The bedrooms are functional, and the beds are comfortable. Sheets and towels are provided. The added photos will give you an idea of ​​the place. The terrace/pool area is very spacious, with two refrigerators outside, a barbecue, sun loungers, and tables. Inside, the living room is spacious with a sofa, armchairs, and another table. There's a bit of a mess if you're a large group, but the dishwasher makes it manageable. Be aware, however, that electricity is charged at the end! The owner charges 30 cents per kWh, which adds up quickly! We spent €110 for the week for 17 people. In short, a superb villa for relaxing!

The house was spacious but very old and poorly maintained. The pool turned green after only two days and was unusable. The dishwasher was unusable (we had to rewash everything each time), and with 16 people, it was a real hassle! Despite our repeated requests, the owners offered no compensation, and we even had to pay €120 for electricity.

Nice setting. The house is showing its age. The old-fashioned style is charming, but the leaks under the outdoor terrace, right in the middle of the living room, the clogged sinks, and the leaking dishwasher are all real problems. In addition to the booking, the host is demanding payment for the electricity consumption. Not a great concept. On the plus side: comfortable bedding, sheets and towels provided, dishes available, pétanque court, swimming pool, barbecue. A little renovation and an all-inclusive price would undoubtedly attract more guests.
