I celebrated my 75th birthday with three friends in Santo Domingo de Silos, where I lived for the first nine years of my life. We stayed at the Las Condesas rural guesthouse. We felt warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. We found the house clean and well-equipped. I also want to highlight the well-documented information, available both in print and digital format, along with ratings, opening hours, suggestions, and access conditions for all the natural and historical sites of interest, not only in Silos but also in other nearby places like Lerma, Covarrubias, and Clunia. This saved us the usual amount of time spent searching through the depths of Google and allowed us to be well-informed tourists. My only complaint was not having enough time to enjoy it all. We'll have to return.

The houses are very nice, well-equipped, and the shared picnic area is great for having a common space while still maintaining the privacy of each house. Very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. Plus, the owner is lovely! Everything was perfect, highly recommended.

A fantastic weekend at Las Condesas country house! The village of Silos is very interesting, with a lovely walk and a charming rural feel, and just a short drive away are some really cool places like the Yecla Gorge. The house is very cozy, has all the comforts you need, and is a wonderful place to stay. Plus, Tamara, the host, was fantastic. She made everything as easy as possible for us, took care of every detail, and made sure everything was just right. I would definitely go back and I recommend it 100%. Thank you, Tamara!

A fantastic stay in a house with everything you need. We were there during Easter week and it felt like home. Everything was comfortable and the hostess was incredibly kind. Plus, it's a fully legal and officially registered rural guesthouse, which is a big plus for me. The village is wonderful. I highly recommend the mass sung by the monks and a visit to the monastery, a marvel of Romanesque architecture. The Yecla Gorge is a highly recommended walk. If we're exploring the area, we would definitely return.
