Sul fronte cucina, l'attrezzatura professionale — una vera cucina industriale fornita di tutto il necessario — permette di preparare pasti di festa senza il minimo vincolo. All'esterno, il giardino con il suo barbecue completa perfettamente l'insieme, invitando ai pasti all'aperto fin dalle belle giornate.
È qui che le grandi tavolate trovano il loro pieno senso: compleanni memorabili, riunioni tra amici o in famiglia, weekend tra colleghi o celebrazioni che meritano una cornice all'altezza. La casa si presta tanto alle lunghe serate animate in cucina quanto alle mattinate pigre distese in giardino. I proprietari si fidano dei loro ospiti consegnando loro le chiavi, lasciando che ogni gruppo si appropri pienamente degli spazi.
Diverse famiglie e coppie con bambini vi hanno già vissuto momenti indimenticabili, e tutti sono unanimi: si torna a Bergatxenea. Perché una casa così accogliente, in uno scrigno così bello, non si trova due volte.

Exceptional country house. Located in a wonderful setting. The owners give you the keys and make the house, which can accommodate approximately 15 to 17 people, available to you. We'll be back.
We had heard great things about the house, and once we were there, we saw it for ourselves! Several couples with children stayed, and we had a wonderful time. It's a marvelous and welcoming house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and is fully equipped and decorated with attention to detail. The kitchen is very spacious and spotless. The living room has a fireplace and plenty of firewood. There's a huge separate dining room with large, comfortable wooden tables. In this space, there's a pellet stove to keep the temperature just right (both the wood and pellets are included in the price, a really nice touch). There's also a barbecue area with a burner and paella pans of various sizes. In short, we were very comfortable, and the owners were incredibly welcoming; you can tell they really wanted us to feel at home. THANK YOU!!!
A fantastic country house. Superbly located in the center of town. Industrial kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The garden with its barbecue is wonderful. The owners' hospitality is impeccable.
We were a group of 12 and it's truly a fantastic house, a 10 out of 10. It has everything you could possibly need. The garden with a barbecue is priceless, and overall the facilities are great. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with everything you could imagine. The only downside is the lack of wooden utensils, which would be nice as the bottoms of the pots and pans wouldn't get so scratched. Best regards. A spectacular weekend!
A wonderful, fantastic country house in a beautiful village and an idyllic setting. The house is in the heart of Erratzu, yet private enough not to disturb the neighbors. It's fully prepared and equipped with everything you need. We spent six days there, including New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, and were incredibly comfortable. The house has eight bedrooms spread across the second and third floors, with double beds, queen beds, and single beds pushed together, and some with extra beds. Eight full bathrooms, each accessible from the bedroom, are equipped with shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, and towels for all guests, both bath and shower towels, as well as hairdryers. All the bathrooms work perfectly with excellent water pressure and hot water. The spacious industrial kitchen opens onto the living room and features a small table and a fireplace with a tempered glass backsplash—a perfect little corner. They provide firewood, which is wonderful. The adjoining Txoko (a traditional Basque social space) is a huge dining area with a table, chairs, and a very large TV. There's a pellet boiler there, which makes it even more pleasant. From there, you have access to the spacious garden, ideal if you're traveling with pets, with a huge covered barbecue, a paella pan ring, a sink... A real treat. Everything is super well-equipped, the kitchen with all the appliances: toaster, juicer, pressure cooker, tons of cookware, large pots, knives... They also provide dish soap and commercial-grade dishwasher detergent, as well as cloths, scouring pads, and paper towels. We went to visit the owners' farm and cattle shed nearby, and they couldn't have been more attentive and welcoming. They were incredibly thoughtful and made sure we were comfortable at all times. We hope to return as soon as possible.
