CasaGiga 411 (Le Somail)

We had a wonderful weekend with friends (10 people) in this magnificent gîte, which offers truly high-quality amenities. We would particularly like to highlight the exceptional and warm welcome from Sylvie and her daughter, which made our stay even more enjoyable. They were always available and attentive to any concerns. Thanks to them, the property was also kept impeccably clean. Thank you again. We look forward to returning and seeing you again.

We had a pleasant stay at the Bastide, spacious and well-equipped, with a welcoming and responsive manager. Unfortunately, we had to deal with one of the owners about a damaged chair (the cane sagging) caused by one of our children sitting on his knees on it. When trying to negotiate the repair price, which seemed excessive to us, the owner was very aggressive and threatening. He is, I quote, very attached to his 'solid wood flooring' and his 'quality furniture'. Conversely, when it comes to repairing: - the loose and dangerously wobbly railing on the ground floor - the top floor door that barely closes - loose toilet seats on the first floor - a dishwasher that doesn't work very well - a small fridge that freezes - broken drawers in the games room And so on, the repairs are oddly less urgent. In conclusion, a beautiful place but not very suitable for young children, and the owner should be avoided. I want to emphasize that we took every precaution to leave everything in good condition.

Every year, our family gathers with about fifteen members (plus six children) in a large gîte, and we were extremely pleasantly surprised by Questa CasaGiga. Thank you to Mr. Peris for his thoughtfulness beforehand and thank you to Sylvie for her exceptional work. We had never been so pampered. The gîte offers numerous amenities, and the thoughtful touches were much appreciated (breakfast included, sauna, jacuzzi, games room, pool floats and loungers, helpful recommendations for local shops, fruit and vegetable producers, etc.). Everything went incredibly smoothly, and the location is magnificent. We will be back!
