Beautiful gîtes wonderfully located 10 minutes walk from beach. Lovingly restored traditional farmhouse, full of character and well appointed. Exceptional experience with Ann and Olivier who were so hospitable and provided lots of amazing tips on things to do in the locality. Highly recommend.

This property comprises a two hundred year-old farmhouse and adjacent fields and woods, in a stretch of farmland and dunes along the Pas de Calais coast between Cap Gris Nez and Cap Blanc Nez. It is walking distance to the beach, and within sight of the English coast across the channel. The scenery is stunning, wild and light-filled and energising. The living quarters are charmingly decorated and well-suited to families, groups or individual travellers looking to get away from it all and run, kayak and swim. There is a good stable ten minutes' drive from the gîtes (also horses and donkeys in residence on the property), the beach village of Wissant a similar distance in the other direction, and grocery stores and other necessities at fifteen minutes' drive. Une évasion splendide pour familles, groupes, ou voyageurs seuls qui cherchent la lumière, le vent, la mer, et la nature. On reviendra!
