CasaGiga 3178 (Città Metropolitana di Firenze)

We have enjoyed our stay a lot! The location is amazing, the view incredible. The staff is kind and the facilities really nice. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Dinner at the restaurant was also really good. Soms minor improvements/repairs could be done in the playground, but our kids still enjoyed playing there a lot. You do hear the neighbours a bit when you are in te apartment, but that didn't bother us much. We definitely recommend the place!

Agroturismo at its best! This was my first time in Italy and we spent our days in Tuscany at Questa CasaGiga. The property is gorgeous and extremely well maintained. This is a family oriented place. We were one of many families with small children. The apartment had everything we needed. The restaurant was amazing. We did the buffet breakfast, pizza night and the classic Italian dinner. Every meal was great. We didn't have good weather so we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful pool facilities. However, the grounds have quite a few trails for walking. Belmont is also a great place to stay of you are visiting Volterra or the other charming villages in Tuscany.

We had a lovely stay at this agroturismo in Tuscany overall. The setting is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by peaceful countryside, and it really captures the charm of the region. The staff were generally very helpful and provided us with plenty of useful information about the area, which we really appreciated. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, mainly due to a very thin mattress, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The restaurant experience was also a bit disappointing. It seemed understaffed, with only 2–3 waiters, and just one person taking orders. This led to quite a bit of confusion and slow service, especially given the number of tables. At one point, we ordered antipasti and primi piatti and asked for them to be served at the same time rather than following the traditional sequence, and the waitress reacted with visible surprise, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. In summary, a beautiful place with great potential, but some improvements in comfort and restaurant service would make the experience much better.

Perfect place for the nature loving family. An hour drive from Florence or Pisa, beautiful location in the toscany hills. Nice rooms (nothing fancy, but clean and comfy), great food, lots of activities. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

A truly lovely stay at Questa CasaGiga, where we were warmly welcomed by an extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The place is neat and very well-maintained, which adds positively to the overall experience. The rooms were nice and worked well for us as a family of four. However, the kitchen was very sparsely equipped—it would have been nice to have a small toaster and an espresso maker for breakfast at home, and we also missed having some proper knives. The location is beautiful, and the view from the pool and restaurant is fantastic. It’s worth noting that you need to drive to everything, and the nearest supermarket is not very big. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday and highly recommendable.
