A Peaceful Gem in Tuscany – Cette CasaGiga My husband and I spent Easter at Cette CasaGiga, a beautiful family-run property in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The hosts were kind, especially in supporting my husband’s additional needs, and made us feel right at home. The location is convenient—perfect if you’re driving, but also well-connected by a bus stop just outside that goes into the city center. I’ve stayed in many holiday homes, but this was by far the cleanest. Everything was spotless, and I felt incredibly comfortable. The host was thoughtful, checking in daily to see if we needed anything like extra towels or water. The landscape is stunning, with clear care put into the gardens and rooms. The family also produces their own honey, wine, and olive oil—all absolutely delicious. Cette CasaGiga is a peaceful, beautifully maintained retreat, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

I really loved my stay here and I would like to come back again in the future. The place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Nice view of the hills from the property. Was able to cook in the small kitchen. Dry breakfast provided complimentary but the kitchen has enough utensils to cook comfortably.

This is a great place! Nicely located just south of Florence and close to Chianti area. Extremely friendly owners. The house is old and rustic and that creates its whole charme. Already when entering the hallway it smells like old wood (in the best way possible). The room is more an apartment including a kitchenette and a sofa. Everything is very clean. The bed sheets smell great and the bed is super comfy (best one I found in Italy in the last week 🙂). In the kitchen area, you find cakes and cookies for breakfast, there’s even juice, milk and yoghurt in the fridge. Also coffee capsules, salt and pepper are available. Wine and olive oil from the house can be bought at the reception. The garden including pool is just next to olive fields and fabulous. This is now our sixth night in Tuscany in different places and it is the best one. Highly recommended.

Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and homey. Will definitely come back. GREAT VALUE. close enough to the city if you have a car.

Small but comfortable appartment with all the basics. Authentic vibe and kind hostess. The view and the pool is a real bonus. You can relax in the pool after visiting the surrounding villages. The kitchen is usefull and we used it to cook dinner.
