Excellent place to spend a long weekend or base camp to visit southern Spain. Jose, the owner, is a great host. Some furniture upgrades would make the place come a long way.

Nice house for a big group

Our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the property's overall appearance conveyed a sense of neglect and lack of maintenance. Upon entering the house, we were met with a very strong odor that seemed to be masked with large quantities of air freshener, but which clearly indicated sanitation problems or a septic tank. As the hours passed, we discovered numerous deficiencies. The cleanliness and general condition of the facilities left much to be desired, both inside the house and in the outdoor areas. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep throughout our stay. Furthermore, we found insects in some of the rooms, which is completely unacceptable in accommodation of this type. The bathrooms had obvious maintenance problems, with water leaking from grout lines and cracks in the tiles when using the showers. Another aspect that made us uncomfortable was the owner's constant presence on the property. During our stay, the owner frequently entered and left the property, giving the impression that he was watching us and compromising our privacy, which we consider inappropriate when accommodation is rented for the exclusive use of guests. To make matters worse, at the end of our stay we had problems getting our deposit back, which only exacerbated an already very negative experience. The only positive aspect of the trip was Seville itself. The accommodation turned what should have been a pleasant getaway into an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. We believe the property needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, hygiene, and guest management before it can be offered again in this condition. We would absolutely not recommend it and, of course, we would never stay there again.

Bad experience. The bathrooms have holes in the floor leading to the plumbing, and when you flush, waste comes out with a terrible smell. You can't even throw toilet paper in there. My friend, who's a pothead, clogged it, and I can't believe it. The owner is watching you with cameras like in Saw.

The house's location is TERRIBLE. To get there, you have to take unpaved and unlit roads. We had a lot of trouble getting to the city center. Ubers kept canceling trips because they wouldn't go down those roads, and there's no easy access to public transportation. As I said, the roads are unpaved and unlit, so at night it's impossible to get there by any means other than a car. Furthermore, the cleanliness was practically nonexistent. The sheets and duvets had visible stains, we found bugs inside the house, dampness on the walls, and the overall cleanliness was VERY POOR. There's a second property next to the main house where some of the beds were located, and it's UNINHABITABLE. The smell of damp was unbearable. In conclusion, I absolutely do NOT recommend this accommodation.
