Farmhouse Le Murelle

Le Murelle is a beautiful old stone house run by Daniela, a lovely and kind host. We visited in October and were lucky with the day time temperatures. It can get chilly at nights and gas heating costs extra, so bring warm clothes! The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all you need to cook. Daniela will help in case you have questions. She and her brother live closeby. The house has multiple appartements, in a very lovely and rustical ambiente, the property is gated which allows carefree parking and there are nice tables and chairs to dwell in the sun… A nice pool is waiting for you behind the house. Must be absolutely gorgeous in summer too! Only downside is the road, with pretty heavy traffic (due to Lucca being close) most of the time. Some of the beds are a bit old and matresses are in a not-so-great condition. But there are plenty of bedrooms to choose from, so all in all fantastic!

Near Lucca Italy. I could have stayed here for a month or longer. Daniela was extremely accommodating and friendly. The house worked very well for 5 adults. The rooms were clean and sized well. The kitchen area was large and had everything you needed to make your own meals. The bathroom shower was a little tight. Hot water and pressure was great. Keeping the old building structures in tack gave this home a very warm and rustic feel. The outside patio was a perfect spot for early morning coffee. The pool was clean and large. Nice way to spend a hot summer or fall day. A bakery near by was open early and had a great selection for your breakfast needs. We met some of the other guests that were staying at the Farmhouse's other accommodations. All very friendly and happy to be at Daniela's place. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, this is a definite must stay at location. I highly recommend Farmhouse Le Murelle.

This place was amazing. Beautiful location, nice and helpful host, reasonable price, good and clean rooms. Minimum two days stay (we paid 200€ in May). The host speaks good english. The pool is nice and clean. The garden was beautiful. She sold their own local wine and olive oil and there's multiple vineyards surrounding the farm. There's a food store nearby (5 min drive), atm, pizzerias and more. They have very cute cat named Tutu but no sheep anymore. The only downside would be that they don't provide breakfast or toiletries. I would definitely visit this place again.
