What a disappointment! The farmhouse is so neglected that the stay is anything but pleasant. The shower upstairs is a complete gamble; the showerhead is a lottery, the bathroom cabinet is crooked like the Leaning Tower of Pisa, with rotten legs, and everything is old with no sign of investment from the owner. All the beds were uncomfortable, and opening the wardrobes was an ordeal—none of the doors slid smoothly, and if you tried to force them, you'd end up with a door hanging off its hinges. The shower downstairs created a tsunami that you obviously had to clean up afterward. The sofa was itchy when you sat on it; I don't know if it was dirty or had some kind of tenant. The boiler cabinet fell apart when you opened or closed another door in the kitchen. The kitchenware was disgusting, with a layer of grease on all the pots and pans that made cooking disgusting. The sunbed cushions were all dirty and torn. I could go on and on, but I'm almost embarrassed to keep detailing the neglect on the part of the owners. When you book a place with children, you expect a minimum of rest and hygiene, and this farmhouse isn't cheap. I'm sorry, but they need to invest in making the facilities habitable. A disappointment that will surely keep us from returning.

Apartment in Bubión. The apartment has everything you need, is very clean and cozy, and is also warm. However, two things to note: the terrace is interior and has no view; and the television only works when there is a good signal.

It's fine, but if you're looking for privacy, this isn't the place for you, as the owner lives just a few steps away and his parents live a few steps further on.

The house's surroundings are wonderful, and the tranquility is delightful. Antonio provided excellent service. The road leading to the motorway is the best in the entire Alpujarra region. The town of Órgiva was our least favorite part; it's the least attractive town in the area, but it's a good strategic starting point for mountain or beach excursions (30 km away).

An ideal spot for a getaway and to discover a magical place. I recommend Cortijo Puerta accommodation, a comfortable place in a wonderful setting. Antonio will treat you like family. We will definitely return.
