CasaGiga 3322 (Navaluenga)

I have many complaints about this house. First of all, it was advertised at a much lower price than what we were charged, and the services left much to be desired. We didn't have firewood for the barbecue, toilet paper was scarce, and towels were one per person and very small. The furniture looked recycled, and we were told it was for 25 people, but there were only beds for 24 and plates for 24 as well. They advertise the pool, but they don't offer any discounts for the colder months. It seems like all the reviews are good, but nothing could be further from the truth, at least in our opinion. It was only worth it because the family was together. They should think twice and reconsider because you pay a fortune, and it's very poorly valued.

The garden and terrace were our favorite spots. Having coffee in the morning while the children played was a real treat. The owner's hospitality was impeccable.

We had a wonderful family weekend. The garden, the common areas, and the rooms made everyone feel comfortable and happy.

This is definitely one of the worst Airbnb experiences I've ever had. To begin with, the host tried to scam us by telling us we had to cancel the Airbnb reservation and book through another platform (thankfully, Airbnb intervened and it was resolved). Next, we paid for early check-in, but he didn't show up to give us the keys when we arrived and kept us waiting for half an hour. The pool was dirty when we arrived, and they started cleaning it right in front of us. It wasn't available and clean until the next day (we rented the house for two days, and the pool was unavailable for one). He showed up unannounced with two friends in the middle of our stay, entering through the back door and completely invading our privacy while we were chatting in our swimsuits, completely shocked by the scene. Not to mention the unbearable heat and the fact that there wasn't a single fan. The photos are nothing like the actual accommodation. In short… I would never recommend this place.

Sleeping here was a real pleasure. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the quiet surroundings help you truly rest.
