CasaGiga 3295 (Nohales)

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Esta CasaGiga. We had the house to ourselves (a mid-week in April) and we really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden, which has several different sitting areas. Charming! The garden is enclosed, which was great because our dog could walk around freely. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable — perfect for our needs — and close to Cuenca, a stunning town in a beautiful environment. Recommend!

The house is large and has a good amount of land, but everything is very neglected. It needs maintenance. Starting with the paint (bathrooms and living room are chipped), continuing with the kitchenware and glassware (chipped plates, missing a single glass, dented cups, broken glasses that haven't been removed), furniture like the kitchen, which you try to open and find yourself holding the door in your hand, and finally the garden, overgrown with weeds and the wood-fired oven area with cracked clay dishes that are unusable. It's a shame because it's a large house, but without maintenance, it leaves a lot to be desired.

A very large house with a spacious and well-maintained garden. It has a summer pool and a barbecue with a wood-fired oven, and plenty of firewood. The house is very well-equipped. It has many bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living room is spacious. There is also a shared toilet outside the bedrooms. It has apartments within the house, with all sorts of amenities, so you can expand if you need more rooms. The owner is very friendly and treated us wonderfully. My family and I had a great time. It's a perfect base for visiting the city of Cuenca and the Serranía de Cuenca mountain range.

A large house, not only for its size but also for its cleanliness, decor, and amenities. The house has fully equipped rooms and apartments with their own bathrooms, ensuring privacy for guests. Ideal for renting the entire house or by room. The garden features a pool and wood-burning barbecue. The suite has a large living room, fireplace, and spacious kitchen. The owner welcomed us kindly and was available for anything we needed. It has an ideal location, in a residential neighborhood, very close to Cuenca. The price is reasonable. We would love to return.

We stayed in this wonderful house and had a great time. We wanted to stay in Cuenca, but after visiting the city, we preferred to find something quieter. This accommodation is very close to Cuenca but in a very peaceful location. We like the silence, and it's been a long time since we've slept in such a quiet place. Aside from that, the accommodation is in very good condition, with comfortable beds and everything very clean. The lady who gave us the key was very friendly.
