CasaGiga 3217 (Scarlino)

Sorry This is not where I stayed for the review below. Another structure at Canino in Lazio has the same name and I booked a stay .please disregard. there was supposed to be a restaurant with a gluten free menu, bar, minimarket, reception,minibar, wifi. I was told an hour before check in that the restaurant was closed, but I could no longer cancel as it was the same day of arrival. When we arrived there was no reception, no bat, no minimarket, no wifi. Our room had a mommy wall, a very uncomfortable bed that made noise every time you turned over, the toilet seat was broken as was the shower. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, we escaped after the first night. They are dishonest, did not refund the other 2 nights.

A truly special place! The farm is beautiful, very well maintained and radiates a unique warmth. Guests can even enjoy swimming in the pool with its breathtaking panoramic view, and for the little ones there are plenty of lovingly designed play areas. From the very first moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The heartfelt kindness and outstanding hospitality of the entire team are truly exceptional – such friendliness and attentiveness are rare to find. The food was another highlight: fresh, regional, often from their own harvest – simply delicious and prepared with so much love. Another wonderful aspect is the animals living on the farm, who are clearly cared for with great affection and have plenty of space. You can feel the love for detail in every corner. A place you will remember with joy and one that we wholeheartedly recommend!

Been coming here since 2018 for the 5 course meal. Food quality is great. The owners and service are so friendly and take care that you enjoy your visit. Unfortunately the prices went up per person that it’s a bit unreasonable for us to keep going. I do wish the best for the owners cause it is a really nice place to enjoy a Tuscan agriturismo dinner

This agriturismo has it all: fantastic food, including a homemade pasta to blow you away, a beautiful scenery with everything from a swimming-pool to the cutest donkeys, chickens, dogs but most importantly: lovely people which make you feel welcome as if you would visit good friends.
