CasaGiga 3205 (Casalborgone)

This is an oasis of chill. For those who are looking for something charming, relaxing, authentic, and close to nature this is the place. There are many different types of accommodation here, from almost outside to charming romantic attic. I have slept in many of them and the mini glamping caravan in the orchard may have been my favourite. Davide is a brilliant host, fun, knowledgeable and super easy going, and he can make anything work, too. Such a welcome change from rigid, boring, generic hotels. I love it. And my 9 year old son is desperate to get back there. Thanks so much!

A wonderful place for those who want to enjoy true nature and appreciate kindness and a very relaxed atmosphere. The owner family is very welcoming and always kind, extremely helpful with anything (driving my car up and down, ordering food etc.). We were more than happy to stay there in the adventurous Robinson Crusoe 🤗 our highlights were the tree terrace (great to relax and observe birds) and more than anything the quad tour to the river. Lovely spot for 1 or more nights and sooo quiet. There are wooden huts too, but we stayed in a nice spacious room. David is good host with lots of stories, he is very helpful. @David, I hope we see each other in Marocco on our motorbikes some day! 😉

Simply perfect! Such welcoming and helpful hosts. Beautiful gardens with so many spaces for dining “al fresco”. Heavenly pool. So many games to play. Delicious breakfast. There were 21 of us and we all loved every single moment of our time in Esta CasaGiga. Can’t wait to return.

Esta CasaGiga is a really special place, it was exactly what we were looking for in a rural escape from busy London and way, way more. The 6 children in our party loved the pigs and the things to explore, and Davide was super relaxed, flexible and helpful. Some really special memories were made here…thank you!
