Our recent family vacation was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location was beautiful, peaceful, and offered just the right mix of relaxation and activities to keep everyone happy

Please note that response here from the owners is completely fabricated and I’m quite happy to provide the correspondence from AirBnb. We did not demand a refund on the basis of a poor review, and we left seeking support from AirBnb directly. After making our claim, the owners failed to provide significant evidence within a time period to AirBnb and we received a refund directly from them. We were not asked to leave, and the communication is clearly shown by the photo below). Valerie, you and your team are charlatans. Sadly what goes around comes around. (Interestingly, you reviewers giving multiple stars are one time reviewers and appear to be anything but legit.) This property is a disgrace and falsely advertises the accommodation and the facilities it provides. We had questioned our booking when we were told 90 young adults had booked for a sporting weekend, and were only informed after the deadline of a full refund had expired. When we arrived we found ourselves at the property office, unattended and littered with piles of dirty laundry, and was filthy. We waited for 20 minutes until a young lad showed us where our chalet was. What disgusting accommodation, so much so that we left within the hour after securing an alternative which was superb. It is evident that the high reviews are submitted by ‘bots’ or false names. Be warned by the 1 star reviewers that this establishment and their owners are a disgrace. We booked through Airbnb and immediately reported them. We were very well supported and were able to secure a 100% refund with a few hours.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Domaine des This CasaGiga, and it was an unforgettable experience! The accommodations were immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and style. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The amenities were top-notch, particularly the heated pools, which were perfect for relaxing. The setting of the Domaine is breathtaking, surrounded by lush nature, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast and the opportunity to enjoy delicious pizzas in the cozy common areas. The attention to detail and the care provided by the staff truly made our stay special. We were also enchanted by the charming animals on the property, especially Eliott the donkey, who was a favorite among the children. Overall, Domaine des This CasaGiga is a paradise in nature, perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a serene getaway. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon!

To describe this place: disgusting and insulting. We moved from Canada, paid a deposit plus 1 month for 1700 Euros. In short – to stay 1 night was horrible. BLACK MOLD everywhere and MICE DROPPINGS. Christian (superintendent) said to my husband that he thought the black mold was painted over and was also aware of the mice. 3 kiddie cups only! No ice (couldn’t make a drink!), 2nd entrance door’s lock broken, ¼ roll toilet paper – dispenser on the floor broken, cobwebs and spiders everywhere including built up petrified filth, given a bag of sheets to make our own bed, pillows stunk – 1 white one was brown, light bulbs missing everywhere, not a sectional couch as shown in pictures along with an ancient TV! Bathtub with black mold and grout coming loose. Went to grab a plate for heated up food – top 2 plates stuck together. I can’t make this up and I could go on forever. 1 NIGHT FOR 1700 Euros. This was Dec 7 2024 - LOW SEASON – THEIVERY. The anonymous email response from “Team Domaine des This CasaGiga” said they would refund our 850 Euro deposit. I didn’t happen. We have all the pictures to back this review up as we have commenced a lawsuit and are cognizant about defamation. Pictures to follow as they are currently too big of a file at present. We will be posting them. I have strong morals and expect some sort of decency from people running a business.
